Recognise any of this?

Most leaders we meet are technically brilliant but stretched thin. Here is what that looks like, and what changes when we work together.

The problem

  • Decisions pile up because nobody feels empowered to make them without you.
  • Meetings run long, end without actions, and repeat next week.
  • Your best people leave because they feel unseen or under-challenged.
  • Conflict between departments festers until it becomes personal.

What shifts

  • Your direct reports make sound calls on their own, faster than before.
  • Meetings shrink to 30 minutes with clear owners for every action.
  • Retention improves because people see a path forward inside your organisation.
  • Cross-functional friction drops once roles and boundaries are explicit.

What we offer

Four focused services. Each can stand alone or combine into a longer engagement depending on what you need right now.

Executive one-to-one coaching

Six fortnightly sessions with a senior consultant, each 90 minutes. We work through your real diary, real conflicts, real decisions. Between sessions you receive a short written brief with observations and suggested experiments to try with your team. Most clients notice a difference by session three.

Team alignment workshops

A full-day or two half-day sessions with your leadership team (up to twelve people). We map current decision rights, surface unspoken tensions, and leave with a written operating agreement the team actually follows. We come back after 60 days for a check-in at no extra cost.

Organisational diagnostics

Before recommending anything, we listen. Confidential 45-minute interviews with up to twenty staff across levels, followed by a written diagnostic report and a 90-minute debrief with you. The report identifies the three to five changes that would have the most leverage, ranked by effort and impact.

Emerging leader programme

A twelve-week cohort programme for high-potential managers stepping into their first senior role. Four group sessions, two individual coaching calls, and a peer-learning triad that continues after the programme ends. We cap each cohort at nine participants so everyone gets airtime.

How an engagement works

No long proposals. No months of scoping. Here is what actually happens.

Discovery call

A 30-minute phone or video call. We ask about your team size, the challenge you are facing, and what you have already tried. You ask us anything. No fee, no obligation.

Scoping note

Within 48 hours we send a one-page note outlining what we would do, the time commitment, and the cost. Plain language, fixed price, no hidden extras.

Delivery

We start within two weeks of your go-ahead. Sessions happen at your premises or on video, whichever suits. You get a named consultant who stays with you throughout.

Follow-up

Every engagement includes a free 60-day check-in. We review what stuck, what drifted, and agree on any adjustments. Many clients continue with a lighter ongoing arrangement after this point.

Senior leadership consultant in a professional office setting

Who you will be working with

We are a small consultancy on purpose. Three senior consultants, each with at least ten years of in-house leadership experience before moving into advisory work. Between us we have led teams in healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and the public sector.

That matters because we have sat in the chair you sit in. We know what it feels like when a restructure lands on your desk at 4pm on a Friday, or when two of your best people cannot stand each other. Theory is useful; lived experience is better.

Our office is in North Kozey, Northern Ireland, but most of our clients are spread across England, Scotland, and Wales. We travel to you for workshops and are comfortable working by video for coaching sessions.

Questions we hear often

How much does a typical engagement cost?

Executive coaching runs from £3,200 for six sessions. Team workshops start at £2,800 for a full day. Diagnostics depend on the number of interviews but typically fall between £4,000 and £6,500. We always quote a fixed price before you commit.

Do you work with organisations outside Northern Ireland?

Yes. About two-thirds of our clients are based in England or Scotland. Coaching sessions happen on video, and we travel for in-person workshops anywhere in the UK. Travel costs are included in the quoted price for mainland Britain.

What size of organisation is the best fit?

We work best with companies between 40 and 500 employees. Large enough to have real management layers, small enough that changes in leadership behaviour ripple through quickly. We have worked with larger organisations on specific divisional projects too.

How do you measure results?

At the start of every engagement we agree on two or three observable indicators: things like meeting duration, decision turnaround time, staff survey scores, or 360-feedback ratings. We revisit these at the 60-day check-in and compare before and after.

Can we start with a single coaching session to test the fit?

Absolutely. We offer a standalone 90-minute session for £480. If you then decide to continue with the full six-session programme, we credit that amount against the programme fee.
